I have learnt so much – the biggest one is through eating better and upping my protein, I no longer get HANGRY! This is huge! Exercise has finally become a habit and something I enjoy doing at home. My moods are better generally and I’ve seen a huge improvement in how feel about myself day to day. For the first time since 2013, I feel comfortable in my own skin, understand the benefits of eating healthily and regular exercise.

I was 11 weeks post c-section with my twins and just felt so disconnected from my body. I was scared to exercise. I started at 72.8kg, 6 weeks on went down to 66.3kg. I also wanted to be back in my pre-pregnancy clothes as I had a wardrobe of clothes that just didn’t fit. I’ve achieved all of that and so much more. I have been amazed and thrilled with the progress every single step of this journey.

We’ve all developed strength, physical fitness, good healthy routines, better eating habits and a healthy mindset. If we falter, or come off track, we know how to get back on it. We’re having fun and making new friends in your groups. We’re all supporting each other when we’re a bit low and discussing food ideas, and other health and beauty tips. Anna, you’ve been our inspiration for all of the above! We couldn’t have done any of it without you!

I’ve always exercised regularly since I was 16. In lockdown I tried a few different PTs but they weren’t for me. I’ve now been with Anna 5 months, this is the 3rd challenge and I’m still loving EVERY class! I’ve got fitter, stronger, leaner and more determined and improved my eating too. I’ve also lost over 10lbs which was a bonus as this wasn’t one of my goals.

I never liked working out, in fact I hated it! I used to find it easier to starve myself to lose weight. If and when I did a workout I hated every minute and forced myself, I never understood how people could say that you get a rush and get addicted, but now I am actually looking forward to my workouts. I’ve never felt better at 51, I wish I’d discovered Anna 10 years ago!
