I’ve deliberately picked a wide range of different class styles so you can trial them all,  get a feel for the variety of workouts I offer and find out what works best for you and you enjoy most!

3 30-Minute Pilates Workout

I run Pilates classes every weekday and this one is the first from my popular Power Pilates series.

4 20-Minute HIIT Workout

This one was brutal! My styles change frequently with my HIIT classes and you can expect workouts that range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes.

My HIIT classes and are very similar to my Fat Shreds workouts.

I do a lot of stretching, mobility and flexibility workouts – usually around 3 a week, plus there’s a huge library of these on my website.

I have a large variety of these workouts including how to use a band for the upper body, HIIT and strengthening.
