Meglio

Now you all know how much I love my resistance bands and indeed my yoga mat to work out on at home, so I was excited to try these products from Meglio.

Their looped resistance bands are totally latex free and suitable for all levels of fitness and training. Whether you’re a beginner trying to find the correct strength to work to, or a specialist wishing to mix and match resistance strengths, these loops are perfect.

The versatility of the bands also mean they can be used in a variety of ways depending on your personal goals. Suitable for Yoga, Pilates, core fitness and rehabilitation, they can help with flexibility or to help you recover from an injury.

The yoga yoga mats have been created with stability and comfort in mind for the user. At 10mm thick, they are suitable not only for yoga, but can be used for a wide range of activities such as Pilates, core workouts and gym routines, as well as meditation. The mat is also non-slip too which is useful when I’m trying to work out with Frankie boy strapped to my ankle, tripping me up!

The mat measures 183 x 59cm and can be easily rolled up into a compact size and carried around with its little carry strap too.

To find out more about the mats or, indeed, the resistance bands you’ll need to check out Meglio here. The mats RRP at £22.99 and the bands at £9.99 for a pack of four.

Peach Band

Talking of resistance bands, these are my favourite! As you may know I have been recommending these products for a long time now.

The pretty peach-coloured bands are made of non-slip elasticated material, not rubber, and are latex free unlike most of the bands already on the market. They are ethically produced in the UK and are 100% machine washable. The elasticated fabric ensures they do not roll up or pinch the skin, like the rubber bands do.

The short band is great for all booty workouts and glutei activation, while the long band can provide a full body resistance workout.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym junkie, resistance bands can make a huge impact in your journey to get fit and build lean muscle. Peach Bands  and PBX Band have been designed with comfort and durability in mind, making your home or gym workouts the BEST!

Head over to Peach Band to find out more.  Currently, the Original Peach Band is £14.99 and the Long Band is £19.99. The Original and Long Band Bundle retails at £29.99. You can enjoy a 10% discount by using the code MYFITZONE10.

Anita Sports Bra

If you’ve been following my workouts, you’ll know just how important it is to not only feel great when working out, but to look great too. I really think if you look good in your gym kit, you’re more likely to exercise and indeed stick to a routine. Look there’s no science behind it, but it works for me!

If you want to look good and know your vital assets are supported at the same time, then you’re going to want to get your hands on the Anita Active Sports Bra. Too many of us work out in ill-fitting sports tops and bras (me included) and I do worry about the damage being done over time. This sports bra solves this issue, as it’s not only great to look at, but it’s really supportive and such a great fit. It doesn’t matter how much jiggling I do in this one, my boobs ain’t moving!

To ask Santa for the Anita Sports Bra, ask him to head over to the Anita website. The bra RRPs at £54, and it’s worth every penny in my opinion.

For the lady who loves to nourish her skin

Rosalique skincare

This year if you can only get one skincare product then it has to be the Rosalique is a 3-in-1 Anti-redness Skincare Miracle Formula, with SPF 50. It’s awesome.

Developed especially for hypersensitive and redness-prone skin, Rosalique provides an instant concealing effect through its unique micro-encapsulated technology and offers redness-reducing clinically proven ingredients α-Bisabolol, Zeolite, Provitamin B5, Urea and Shea Butter. It really does feel like a little bit of magic putting on this green cream and then seeing it cover all the pigments.

Also using this cream, your skin stays protected long-term from UVA/UVB rays with a 5* rated SPF which is great too.

This cream is perfect for when I need to do an early morning workout, but don’t want to put on a whole face of makeup. It’s light to the touch, feels fantastic and really works to remove any pigments and scars and spots. It’s a bit of a gamechanger to be honest!

If you want to add Rosalique to your wish list for Christmas take a look here. The cream RRPs at £29.99.

Collagen Zooki Subscription

Look none of us are getting any younger, and this may well be the perfect gift for those of us who feel young at heart and want our skin to tell the same story. A Collagen Zooki subscription is a great shout for women who want to feel younger this Christmas. Collagen Zooki is a premium liquid marine collagen supplement that supports collagen formation in the skin, preventing wrinkles and sagging.

You may not be aware but collagen also supports our muscles, cartilage and bones too, making it the perfect gift for anyone who likes to exercise (hello collagen!).

Each sachet of Collagen Zooki contains 5000mg of Hydrolysed, Marine Collagen wrapped in “Liposomes” and 30mg of Vitamin C. Each box comes with 14 individual sachets which can be drank straight up, added to water, smoothies or porridge.

I actually added mine to my breakfast porridge in the morning as I wanted to take it as part of my morning routine. It tastes fine and doesn’t override the porridge taste at all. I’m a big fan of this and definitely want to keep taking it to see the longer-term impact.

To check out this subscription, then ask your loved one to take a look here. Stockists include Harrods and specific pharmacies.

For the lady who needs a bit of R&R

WholyMe

Now you may have seen me talk about this brand WholyMe before. And that’s because I love it! The WholyMe range is definitely a great gift for any of my members who have been working hard on their workouts and have a few aches and pains.

First and foremost, WholyMe is a great brand, doing some exciting things. They have taken on the responsibility to educate people on the importance of utilising natural remedies around us, targeting lifestyle triggers on your body and mind and harnessing the power of nature for wellbeing – and I’m all for that!

Their products include both the Relief Drops and the Relief Balm. Their Relief Balm (my personal favourite) is for over-worked-out and fatigued muscles and joints and relieves your body while enhancing your potential with a daily application.

The Relief Balm contains an innovative formula of 12 potent organic ingredients and is free from parabens, synthetics, mineral oils, fillers and alcohol. It’s non-sticky and non-greasy.

It also smells fantastic and if you put it on just before you go to bed, it’s really relaxing to help aid sleep.

To get your hands on the WholyMe range or to share your gift list with Father Christmas take a look here. The Balm RRPs at £34.00.

Westlab’s Recover Bathing Salts

Oh my goodness, how I need these after a long session! These bathing salts are awesome and spot on for all you ladies out there who not only need to recover from my sessions, but who also just want a bit of R&R at home. So put the kids to bed, grab a glass of vino and get in a bathing delight of Westlab’s salts.

Westlab’s Recover Bathing Salts contain the powerhouse ingredient, Arnica, a herb that has long been used as a pain relief. Helping with sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, joint pain and inflammation to name a few, this is a saviour to aid a faster recovery and avoid muscle burn out. The bathing salts also contain Magnesium-rich Epsom Salts to assist in rapid muscle recovery and white willow and eucalyptus essential oils to revive the body and mind.

I tried both the sleep salts and the recover ones. I have to say the sleep ones were my favourite simply because of the lavender smell – totally divine.

If you need these salts in your life then you can find them at Look FantasticBoots, Amazon, Ocado, Asda and even in Morrisons. Helping to ignite and replenish the body, a bath in the Recover Bathing Salts will leave users feel re-energised and ready to go for only £6.99.

For the lady who loves to cosy up

Giesswein Vest

No Christmas would be complete without something truly warm and cosy. And OMG is this vest that!

This elegant wool vest from Giesswein’s wide collection has been crafted from first-class Merino wool and feels wonderful against the skin. The vest is not only moisture-wicking, but its stand-up collar and spiral reverse zippers make for a casual look.

I have been wearing mine all the time – it’s great for throwing on just before a workout or indeed cosying up in on the sofa.

If you want to get your hands on this vest then you’ll need to check out Giesswein here. They retail at £134.00 and are available in various colours. Worth every penny in my opinion.

For the lady who wants to get out on the road

Salomon trainers

For anyone who loves the great outdoors, these Salomon Predict Soc shoes are not to be missed. These shoes are ever so comfortable and look fab too.

Some of their key benefits include their anatomically decoupled midsole and outsole which reduces stress on your joints and makes for a smoother ride, plus their sock-like fit makes them feel like you’re not wearing shoes. Their technical half-bootie construction eliminates inner seams to maximize comfort and minimize friction for a 360-degree instant fit. They also feature an Infiniride Foam, a TPU-based midsole for long-lasting cushion created using a new injection moulding technology, infusing plastic with a nitrogen gas. But enough of the science … what do they feel like?

Well, in short, they feel great. I have been out cycling and hit the pavements in mine and I have to say they’re fab for both outside and, indeed, indoors for workouts. They’re sleek, study, smart and comfortable and feel great on the tarmac.

To grab a pair and get out there on the road, ask Santa to check out the Salomon site here. These shoes RRP at £120.00
