If you would like to work with me on a one-to-one basis, then I can offer you live interactive personal training sessions, delivered online through Zoom, a free video-conferencing app that is simple to download and set up.
Each session is up to 1 hour long and I will be able to see you and talk to you (and vice versa) throughout.
This approach is perfect for those stuck at home during these challenging times and I will help you come out the other side fitter and stronger. I will give you coaching, support, advice, motivation and accountability to help you stay on track and you’ll never need to leave the comfort of your living room.
You can buy a single session, or they are available in blocks of 5 or 10 at a reduced rate. Each purchase will also give you full access to all of the workouts, workout plans, meal plans and recipes on my website for a 2-week period.
