I have a huge selection of programmes on my website and sell each of my challenges when they are finished. Just to give you an idea I do 6 week programmes on a continuous basis with a one week deload before we more on the the next one.
I also have specific programmes – for example – Beginners Shape Up, Weight Loss for 40 & Beyond, Pre & Postnatal, Brides to be, Transformation Challenges, Busy Bods Plan, Stronger Sculpting Plan, Abs challenge, Plank challenges and so much more. When it comes to weight loss, many people assume that means you can only eating a super healthy diet, eating ‘clean’ , being restrictive, and trying every fad diet out there, but get frustrated when you are not seeing results from all the effort you are making.
My Personal Training approach is much more than just your training, nutrition is fundamental in reaching your goals, whether they are to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up as well as improving your fitness.
To lose weight you have to eat less calories than what your body burns. You can be on the healthiest diet, full of veggies, whole foods from their natural source, nothing processed and never allowing yourself a treat, but if you re not in a calorie deficit (you are still eating more that you are burning) you won’t lose weight.
Of course the type of foods you choose to eat matters and a healthy diet ‘majority’ or the time is ideal along side a calorie deficit and patience and consistency is key.
